AtlasX Subprocessors

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

To support delivery of our Services, AtlasX, Inc. (or one of its Affiliates listed below), may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each, a “Subprocessor”). This page provides important information about the identity and role of each Subprocessor. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the Customer Terms of Service (or if applicable, the superseding written agreement between Customer and AtlasX or a AtlasX affiliate(s)) (the “Agreement”).

Amazon Web Services: Physical hosting environment.

Anthropic: Service provider for AI features.

Atlassian: Internal support ticket management.

Cloudflare: CDN.

Google: Google Workspace as internal tool, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to provide features within Software and Google Analytics for website management.

Hubspot: Marketing tool.

Mistral AI: Service provider for AI features.

Nylas: User communication.

Open AI: Service provider for AI features.

PostHog: Allows support and engineering to understand user issues/errors from support tickets.

Postmark: User communication.

Zendesk: Helpdesk for clients and users.
