To support delivery of our Services, AtlasX, Inc. (or one of its Affiliates listed below), may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each, a “Subprocessor”). This page provides important information about the identity and role of each Subprocessor. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the Customer Terms of Service (or if applicable, the superseding written agreement between Customer and AtlasX or a AtlasX affiliate(s)) (the “Agreement”).

Atlassian: Internal support ticket management.
Datadog: Application performance monitoring.
Google: Google Workspace as internal tool, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to provide features within Software and Google Analytics for website management.
Hubspot: Marketing tool.
LuckyOrange: Allows support and engineering to understand user issues/errors from support tickets.
Postmark: User communication.
Twilio: User communication.
Zendesk: Helpdesk for clients and users.
